Health & wellness is a phrase we see everywhere these days.  However it has many different meanings depending on where you look.

For me Health & Wellness is how I feed my body and mind, by moving, consuming a varied and rainbow coloured diet and listening to my body.  On this page you’ll see my fitness journey as I climb the hills to reach my fitness goals and how I look after my body and mind during this process.  I haven’t found any one activity I love above all others, but instead like to try a variety of activities and fuel my bodies cravings at that time.  What should I try next?
